How it works

Pick the package that fits. Add follow-ups whenever you need them.

Start here

Two sessions

  • 60-minute intake — the full picture, an assessment, and a written plan you can actually follow.
  • 30-minute follow-up at 2–4 weeks — what worked, what didn’t, and what we change.
Most support

Three sessions

  • Everything in the two-session package — the intake and the first follow-up.
  • A third 30-minute check-in at 8–12 weeks — enough time to see whether the new habits actually stuck.
Existing clients

Follow-up session

30 minutes. A check-in when something shifts, a new stage arrives, or the plan needs a tune-up.

Existing clients

Extended session

60 minutes. For a new concern, or when one visit clearly isn’t going to cover it.

If cost is the thing standing in the way

I keep a number of scholarship spots open, at reduced or no cost, and there is no income verification or paperwork involved. If money is what is keeping your family from a consultation, please ask — it is not an imposition, and you will not be the only one asking. Request a scholarship spot →

What to expect

01

Send me an email

Tell me a little about what’s going on. I’ll reply with pricing, available times, and a short intake form.

02

We talk

A private video call, unhurried, built entirely around your questions. No waiting room, no clock on the wall.

03

You leave with a plan

A written summary afterward: what we decided, what to try first, and how to know it’s working.

What this is — and what it isn’t

These are educational and coaching consultations, not medical visits. I won’t diagnose, prescribe, order tests, or replace your child’s pediatrician — and I will always tell you plainly when something needs to be seen in person. Think of it as time with a pediatrician friend who has read the research and will give you a straight answer.
